Our return policy outlines the conditions under which clients cannot request a refund for our comprehensive portfolio review service. This policy applies to all services provided by Virtue & Nature (VNN Wealth). The term “Virtue & Nature (VNN Wealth)” (or “us”/“we”/”our”) refers to the owner of the website. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Cancellation Policy -

Transaction once completed cannot be cancelled since units will be allotted by the respective asset management company and if you still wish to withdraw the money, units will have to be redeemed from the Mutual Funds.

For payments via transfer, no cancellation will be allowed.

Refund Policy -

Please note that we do not process refunds under any circumstances. Requests for refunds will not be considered or evaluated. In case of successful debit of money but a failure of transaction or rejection of investment transactions, money will be refunded within 6-7 working days to your registered bank account which was used for the respective transactions.
